About the Course
This web-based class guides you through set-up processes for Venues, Events, Event Rates and Schedules, Add-ons, and Bundles. The course also includes guidance for monitoring expected daily attendance, establishing pricing rules, and displaying availability to customers.

Registration
The cost for a 3-day Specialty Certificate is $275 per attendee, providing comprehensive training across all three days. Attendees who complete all three days of the course will receive a Specialty Certificate in Ticketing & Operations.
If you prefer à la carte training, the cost is $99 per attendee for Day 1 and Day 2, and $89 per attendee for Day 3, allowing you to choose the specific days that suit your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel at any point prior to the course.
Cancellations at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund in full.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund of 50% of the course registration fee.
