What: System Administrator on-site training with 20 hours of in-person, training spread across three days leading to a System Administrator Certificate

This in-person class is a comprehensive overview of the RocketRez platform. 20 hours of expert instruction will guide you through company setup, Ticketing and Events, POS and Web Engines, gate check-in, retail, packages and private events, memberships, and financial reporting.

In working with other RocketRez customers, you will share tips and tricks for effective operational processes and implementations. The course includes guided walk-thrus, hands-on training exercises, knowledge assessments and detailed instruction materials

If you want to harness the power of RocketRez, this course sets the foundation for your business growth.

Attendees will also get to meet other RocketRez users from across the country.

Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel at any point prior to the course.

Cancellations at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund in full.

Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund of 50% of the course registration fee.
