‍About the Course

We are proud to launch our virtual Specialty Certificate training course: Ticketing and Operations, following the great success of our RocketRez Academy operator training courses! With this new program, you will gain a wealth of knowledge about our Ticketing and Operations features in RocketRez.

The 8 hours of expert instruction will guide you through setting up Venues, Rates and Schedules, incorporating AddOns and Bundles, monitoring expected daily attendance, establishing pricing rules and displaying availability to customers.  The course includes guided walk-throughs, hands on training exercises, knowledge assessments and detailed instructional materials.

The RocketRez Academy course includes the following:

• 8 hours of instruction over 3 days
• Knowledge materials
• Virtual access anywhere you are

Attendees will also get to e-meet other RocketRez users from across the country.

• Day 1 (3 hours): 11:30am-2:30pm Eastern
• Day 2 (3 hours): 11:30am-2:30pm Eastern
• Day 3 (2 hours): 11:20am-1:30pm Eastern

The regular registration price is $399.

Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel at any point prior to the course.

Cancellations at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund in full.

Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund of 50% of the course registration fee.
