‍About the Course

We are proud to launch our virtual Specialty Certificate training course: Web Sales, following the great success of both our Ticketing and Operations and System Administrator On-Site Training courses! With this new program, you will gain a wealth of knowledge about how to best use our Web Engine in RocketRez.

The 8 hours of expert instruction will guide you through Web Engine configuration, screen flow optimization, Language localization, questions and forms, cart abandonment, concierge setup, Custom Styles and CSS, and best practices for Web Design. The course includes guided walk-thrus, hands-on training exercises, knowledge assessments and detailed instructional materials.

• Knowledge materials
• Virtual access anywhere you are

Attendees will also get to e-meet other RocketRez users from across the country.

Registration

The cost for the 3-day Web Sales Certificate is $275 per attendee, providing comprehensive training across all three days. Attendees who complete all three days of the course will receive a Specialty Certificate in RocketRez Web Engine Design.

If you prefer à la carte training, the cost is $99 per attendee for Day 1 and Day 2, and $89 per attendee for Day 3, allowing you to choose the specific days that suit your needs.

Course Description

The 8 hours of expert instruction will guide you through Web Sales. Each day focuses on a different set of topics and includes guided walk-throughs, hands-on training exercises, knowledge assessments, and detailed instructional materials.

Day 1: Web Engine Setup

Web Sales overview, Web Engine configuration, screen flow optimization, language localization, Custom Styles and CSS, and best practices for Web Design.

Day 2: Integrations and Guest Communication

Concierge and Contact Group setup, Channel Manager and OTA overview, forms and waivers, automation setup, and communication templates.

Day 3: Analytics

Reporting, Web Sales best practices, and RocketRez Support

Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel at any point prior to the course.

Cancellations at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund in full.
‍
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund of 50% of the course registration fee.
