Are you prepared for the shift to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) from Google's Universal Analytics (UA)?

Starting July 1, 2023, Google has announced that they will exclusively support GA4, so if you haven't yet made the transition from UA, now is the time!

Fortunately, if you're using RocketRez for your online ticket sales and operations management, the transition is as easy as ever.

Thanks to our seamless integration with GA4, you'll have access to cutting-edge analytics that will help you better understand your customers and optimize your sales performance.

What is GA4 and How Can It Benefit Your Business?

Google Analytics 4 is Google's next-generation analytics platform that combines traditional web tracking with more powerful, machine learning-driven insights.

GA4 allows you to track your customers’ journey across all channels — from email campaigns and paid ads to your website and apps. It can also provide better visibility into user behavior so you can identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Making the Transition to Google Analytics 4 with RocketRez

When you use GA4 with RocketRez, you'll benefit from an even deeper understanding of customer behavior and preferences.

You can use GA4 to track how users interact with your booking engine, and view real-time insights into who’s visiting your site, where they're coming from, their conversion rate, revenue generated per visit, average time spent on the site, and more.

This enables you to identify areas of improvement and optimize the customer experience.

You can also use GA4 to measure the success of campaigns and marketing efforts, so you can quickly identify which channels are driving sales and where you should be focusing your resources.

Making the Transition to Google Analytics 4 with RocketRez

RocketRez's integration with GA4 makes it easy for you to transition from UA to the new platform.

All you have to do is change the code in the Web Sales Editor and you’ll be up and running with GA4 in no time.

Replacing your existing Universal Analytics code with the new Google Analytics 4 code in the top bar is a breeze.

Once you've set up your GA4 code in the Web Sales Editor, all of your analytics data will automatically start flowing into your GA4 dashboard, giving you access to real-time insights and more detailed reporting.

It's that simple.

During this transition period, both UA codes and GA4 codes will continue to function simultaneously. However, Google will stop collecting data from UA codes beginning on July 1, 2023.

This is why it’s important to switch to GA4 as soon as possible — so you can ensure a smooth transition and avoid any disruptions to your analytics data.
