Alyza Tarmohamed

Alyza Tarmohamed, Chief Executive Officer

Alyza Tarmohamed is the Chief Executive Officer of RocketRez, bringing extensive experience in scaling and leading high-growth software companies. She has built customer-centric leadership teams delivering healthtech and legaltech solutions, most recently as CEO of Radicle Health. Alyza believes great software is built in partnership with customers and with transformative teams. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Matt Lynch

Matt Lynch, Vice President of Product

Matt Lynch is Vice President of Product at RocketRez, where he leads product strategy and the platform roadmap. He brings deep product leadership experience across hospitality, travel, and B2B SaaS. Most recently Director of Product Management at Float Financial, Matt previously led product at INTELITY and earlier led the digital team behind the launch of Marriott Bonvoy. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University.
Bill Nason

Bill Nason, Vice President of Revenue and Customer Operations

Bill Nason is the Vice President of Operations at RocketRez. Bringing deep experience scaling operations in high-growth tech companies, Bill focuses on operational excellence—overseeing corporate performance, revenue planning, and process improvement to drive alignment and support scalable growth. Prior to RocketRez, he oversaw global operations at SparkCognition (now Avathon), a company focused on driving AI into industrial organizations.
Chris Whitmore

Chris Whitmore, Vice President of Engineering

Chris Whitmore is Vice President of Engineering at RocketRez, leading the team responsible for building and maintaining the company's platform. An experienced engineering leader, team builder, and hands-on technologist, Chris most recently served as Vice President of Engineering at Klue, an AI focused competitive enablement platform. Chris has spent over two decades in B2B SaaS serving multiple industries in a range of enterprises from venture backed startups to Amazon Web Services. He brings deep technical expertise across software development, architecture, systems integration, and scalable commerce infrastructure, ensuring the RocketRez platform evolves to meet customer needs while remaining fast, reliable, and ready to scale.

Spencer Trentini is Vice President of Finance at RocketRez. With over a decade of experience spanning public accounting, financial consulting, and CFO roles for organizations across the public and private sectors, Spencer Trentini brings deep expertise in financial leadership specializing within the technology market.
Matt Lederman

Matt Lederman, Director of Marketing

Matt Lederman is the Director of Marketing at RocketRez, where he leads demand generation, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy. Since joining the company as an early employee, he has built a deep command of RocketRez's platform, market, and customers. He has shaped the company's positioning, messaging, and integrated marketing programs and played a key role in the company’s growth through Series A and B fundraises. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba.
Cecilia Tam

Cecilia Tam, Head of People

Cecilia Tam leads the People function at RocketRez, bringing more than a decade of People Operations and Human Resources experience. Prior to joining RocketRez, she served as Senior People Business Partner at Paper and held roles at ivari and Apotex, building and strengthening teams, processes, and people practices across both established enterprises and high-growth startups. She holds an International Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

John Pendergrast, Industry Chairman

John Pendergrast is the Founder and product visionary of RocketRez. He began RocketRez as a solo entrepreneur and has grown it to serve customers around the world, completed Series A and B fundraising rounds, and successfully navigated the pandemic shutdowns to help our customers overcome challenges and perform better than ever.
