How do I choose between Spotlio, Digonex, and RocketRez Demand-Based Pricing?

It depends on how hands-on you want to be. If you want full control and a simpler approach, use our native pricing. If you want to drive urgency and have real-time changes, Spotlio offers real-time pricing.

And if you like the idea of economists creating pricing on your behalf, but remain in control of changes Digonex helps you forecast and optimize prices over time.

Will my guests be confused by changing prices?

Not with RocketRez. We’ve designed the guest experience to be clear and transparent—with “starting at” pricing, calendar views, and alerts if prices change during checkout.

Can I use Dynamic Pricing at the Point of Sale (POS)?

Yes—with our native pricing and Digonex integration. Spotlio is currently web-only.

Does this work for all ticket types?

Dynamic Pricing works great for General Admission, Timed Entry, and All-Day Passes. It’s not currently supported for Memberships, Group Tickets, Prepaid Passes, or Multi-Passes.

Do I need to use a third-party to get started?

Not necessarily. You can use RocketRez Demand-Based Pricing right out of the box—no third-party contracts or setup required. If you’d like more advanced tools, Spotlio and Digonex are fully integrated and ready when you are.

Is there a learning curve for my team?
